Royal Ascot has a strict picnic policy. Picnics, Blankets and folding chairs are only allowed in the Silver Ring and Heath Enclosure. Food must be in a picnic basket or cool box, and there is an alcohol limit of 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne per picnic.
